With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Caldwell specializes in perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals through various chapters of life. Dr. Caldwell is committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health challenges with empathy and expertise.

As a supervisor and counselor educator, Dr. Caldwell mentors emerging clinicians, helping them build confidence, find their voice, and develop their own compassionate, client-centered style.

Paula Taylor, M.A., ALC

Paula is a dedicated mental health professional who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. She believes that therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Paula’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a strong belief in every individual’s capacity for growth and healing. She helps individuals explore and work through a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and suicidal ideations.
